 Volunteer Positions:

Administrative and Operations Volunteer

Administrative and operations volunteer responsibilities include data entry, helping with projects planning, updating documents and spreadsheets. Translate documents from German to English and conducting project research and managing documents.

Requirement: Prior experience in volunteering/ working in an office environment. Strong communication skills (German native speaker and writer and fluent English speaker and writer), good work ethic, desire to learn in fast-paced and ability to multitask. Ideal for individuals pursuing human rights, social and political organic integration development, and international affairs. Minimum commitment 4 hours per week.

Young Adults and Community Outreach Volunteer

The Young and Community outreach volunteer serves the driving force in operationalizing and supporting the community engagements, mobilization, education and research. This position will support the development and implementation of outreach activities and initiatives. Qualified candidates must be able to build strong at a grassroots level with the community members and young adults, engage directly with rage of stakeholders, including faith-based organizations, local governments, influences, business, education institutions, youth and young adults’ organizations, nonprofit organizations and endowments. Ideal for individuals pursuing community and civil serve.  

Requirement: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a dynamic environment; comfortable and effective in influencing at all organizational levels; ability to tactfully give and receive constructive feedback. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self-starter, strong work ethic, positive and outgoing personality. Minimum commitment 4 hours per week.  

Fundraising and Donor Partnership Volunteer

The fundraising and donor partnership will help secure funding both large and small donations for start-up organization like ours from donors. Maintain internal list of CFICR donors and sponsors. Learns fast but accurately on our donor database to set up records, process donations and run performance reports. Provide administrative support as needed. Ideal for individuals pursuing international sponsorship and community partnerships. 

Requirement: Strong writing and communication skills (English and German), institutional and corporate philanthropy. Minimum commitment 4 hours per week.
